Are the products in the store available for immediate delivery or pre-order only?

Hi there! We offer both immediate delivery and pre-order options for our products. If a product is available for pre-order, we'll indicate it with a tag on the product page. If you have any questions or want to place a pre-order, just let us know!

Can I order products that are not listed?

Of course! If you don't see what you're looking for, just send us the details and we'll check on pricing and availability for you. We're always happy to help you find what you're looking for.

Pre-Order

How long will it take for me to receive pre-order products?

Typically, it takes around 3-4 weeks for the product to arrive from overseas. Don't worry though, we'll keep you in the loop with updates on your order.

How can I pay for pre-order products?

No worries, you can pay just 50% of the product price initially, and the remaining 50% when it arrives in Thailand.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel a pre-order as long as we haven't placed an order with the brand yet. In this case, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if we have already placed an order, we will have to keep the first installment of your deposit. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns!
